Advocate and Tax Adviser, member of the Warsaw Bar Association and the Mazovian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has extensive experience in legal and tax advisory services gained in Poland, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

His practice focuses on family law, succession law and tax law, with particular emphasis on matters involving an international element. He advises individuals and families on estate and succession planning, asset protection, matrimonial and partnership property arrangements, personal taxation, as well as the legal and tax consequences of cross-border events.

He represents clients before public authorities and courts, particularly in matters involving tax, family and succession law. His practice focuses on issues arising at the intersection of these areas, including international family relationships, cross-border succession matters, recognition of foreign civil status documents, and the legal and tax consequences of family-related events.

In 2023, he obtained a PhD in Law on the basis of his doctoral dissertation entitled “The Consequences of the Lack of Recognition of Same-Sex Relationships in the Polish Legal System.” His academic interests focus on tax law, family law, private international law and the protection of human rights.

He is a university lecturer and the author and co-author of academic publications on tax law, family law and the legal status of LGBT persons. He also publishes expert articles and legal commentary in professional journals, newspapers and industry publications. He regularly speaks at national and international academic conferences.

For more than three years, he collaborated with Lambda Warszawa, providing pro bono legal and tax assistance to the organisation’s clients. He has also participated in international research projects concerning European family and succession law, conducted in cooperation with partners from various European Union Member States.
