Barrister, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, judge of the Tribunal of State. Barrister the Year 2023. In the ranking of the 25 most influential lawyers of 2023, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna placed her in 7th place. Winner of the Pro Bono Lawyer 2020 Award. In 2023 included in the List of 25 Women Lawyers in Business by Forbes Women magazine.

Nominated in the Rising Stars Prawnicy Jutra (2020), Warsaw Woman of the Year (2023), Medal of Freedom of Speech in the citizen/citizen category awarded by the Grand Press Foundation (2022).

A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw. Completed a seminar for EU Gender Equality Law practitioners at the Academy of European Law in Trier and the Women’s Human Rights Training Institute. Professional experience gained in the Office of the Constitutional Tribunal, the Commissioner for Human Rights and law firms.

Member of the team for improving women’s safety at the Ministry of Health. Author of courses, trainings and draft legislation, consultant to parliamentary committees.

Cooperates with the FEDERA Foundation for Women and Family Planning. Co-founder of the Foundation Against Rape Culture. In her professional work she specializes in particular in the protection of human rights, rule of law, social justice, reproductive health, patients’ rights, counteracting domestic and sexual violence and discrimination. Ambassador of the Ombudsman during the years 2014–2016.

So far she has acted as a representative of, among others:

• a client in the precedent-setting case of M.L. v. Poland, in which the European Court of Human Rights found that failure to provide access to abortion in the case of fetal impairment is a violation of human rights
