Justyna Jezierska

Advocate, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the UW in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She also completed postgraduate studies in international law and foreign service at the University of Warsaw.

Justyna did an internship at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the UN in New York during the Polish Presidency of the UN Security Council. Previously a lawyer in the Department of Equal Treatment in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, where she was responsible for cases concerning the protection of LGBTIQ rights, including individual complaints and representing the Ombudsman in strategic litigation proceedings, i.a. the cases against the so-called “LGBT-ideology free resolutions” and legal gender recognition.

She is fluent in English.
